Well we’ve reached yet another milestone in the food service industry. According to a Bloomberg article, starting this week at a restaurant chain in China, “ROBOTS will take orders, prepare and deliver raw meat and fresh vegetables to customers to plop into various soups prepared at their tables.”
So…how is this any different from the robots that already work some of the fast food lines around here? You know, the ones who just go through the motions and talk all monotone-like. See, we have robots amongst us already!
Are these new contraptions MADE in China? At least with these high-tech robots, there will finally be something in a Chinese restaurant that’s ACTUALLY Chinese, unlike the chicken fingers and onion rings. Great, now I’m hungry!
