This weekend was the NASCAR Cook out Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway. A big race, not only because of the holiday weekend, but because it marked the end of the NASCAR Cup Series regular-season championship.
It was also a big weekend for Tyler Reddick, but not in the way he probably always wished for.
Reddick finished 10th in the race, which left him with enough points to be your regular-season champion; however, he competed with the stomach flu and was caught on communications with his team saying something about throwing up and “s***ting” himself.
Turns out, he wasn’t actually doing those things in the car itself, but felt like he was going to.
