Florence Leslie Miller, 27, has been arrested and accused of stealing from the same Long Beach TJ Maxx location upwards of 30 times between September of 2023 and June of 2024.
Miller now faces 30 misdemeanor theft charges for her thievery of an estimated $6,000 in merchandise.
