When Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash and Kris Kristofferson all joined forces as The Highwaymen, they were a country supergroup, but some folks felt it may have happened because they each were losing steam.
That’s at least what this TV host implied in an interview with Willie, Waylon and the boys when he asked if they all play together because they couldn’t sell out venues on their own anymore.
Kris Kristofferson and Johnny Cash give some more genuine answers to the question, Willie looks a bit confused (that might just be his face), but Waylon Jennings tags the end with a threat should more questions like that come their way.
